Project Manager*
TMS Global are a wholly owned subsidiary of DS Smith PLC, a FTSE100 listed
multi-national packaging and display manufacturing business. TMS Global
specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging and are
active in ‎97 markets globally. Our TMS family consists of just over ‎300 people
who are spread internationally across Europe, AMEA and the Americas.
We are currently working closely with one of the world's leading FMCG brands
and one of the most prestigious contracts in the POS and Display sector. As a
result, TMS's Global family has a fantastic opportunity for a Project /
Production Manager to join our client team in Egypt.
About the role
This is a flexible and hybrid position which will combine home working and
being based out of our client's office in festival city. You will be playing a
key part in ensuring the client's projects are fully supported and managed
whilst delivering exceptional project management through the smooth and
efficient execution of all POS / Point of Sale and Display campaigns. Along
with that, you will be providing operational support to the client as well as
providing effective leadership and support to all the dedicated internal
teams. You will also be responsible for the service and commercial delivery of
jobs, taking / creating detailed briefs, managing projects end to end and
being responsible in identifying new opportunities to support the growth of
their FMCG brands through innovative solutions based on our wide range of 2D,
3D temps, 3D Prem POS / Point of Sale and Display products and services.
Some of your Day to Day responsibilities will be:*
* Managing Multi-campaigns/multi-job projects with multiple service elements.
* The execution and management of print management strategies.
* Planning, budgeting and cost management of POS and Display campaigns.
* Assist with taking briefs and developing / creating alternative solutions when new briefs or challenges arise.
* Spotting opportunity to strengthen and develop the existing relationship and contract.
* Ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns end to end according to client needs and objectives.
* Clearly communicate the project progress to internal and external stakeholders
* Handling the System Administrative purchasing cycle

Main Tasks

About you
If you are an experienced Project / Production Manager professional and have a
background / experience across POS, particularly in 2D (marketing printing
materials), 3D Temp & perm displays then this could be a great fit for you.
Any additional experience from a buying / procurement background within print
would also be beneficial. Within this role you will need to provide client
leadership and management, but the most important skill we are looking for is
attentive and excellent client and internal communication, organisation and
previous experience managing multi projects at one time within POS, as this is
one of the key factors for success within this role.
To qualify for the role, some skills that would be either essential or
helpful:
* Experience of temporary POS / Display Marketing, any additional experience within Packaging or perm POS would also be beneficial within a client services role
* Able to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
* Familiar with end to end to end procurement/buying/ supply chain process
* Able to take briefs and manage those but also advise and create / shape those briefs across all internal teams
* Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
* Print Management experience with Design concept knowledge would be added advantage
