mission of letting shoppers reach what they look for faster and get it cheaper

Responsibilities

Specifically, this role will be part of the Data team building models for
extraction, classification and sentiment analysis to different products in
Microsoft Shopping. The ability to identify offers specifications, understand
their reviews and ratings, analyze users ' sentiments about products and
merchants will help improve the various experiences offered to the end users.
As a PM in the team, you will not only have the opportunity to work on
powerful and innovative intelligent scenarios for hundreds of millions of
Shopping users but also you will get opportunities to work with top-notch
scientists & engineers to help develop novel solutions to one of the hardest
problems in AI industry - Natural Language Processing. In this role, we're
looking for someone who is passionate about building Data for AI, being
quality and productivity driven, detail oriented, having good product sense
and knows exactly what it takes to create the Data needed for building and
tuning NLP models. In addition, the candidate should be self-motivated, driven
and willing to take ownership and go the extra miles to push the boundary and
collaborate with partners to get things accomplished.

Qualifications

• Ability to hire and manage a large number of data labelers and judges


• Ability to define the guidelines for labeling and judgement tasks


• Ability to communicate clearly and articulate complex technical problems in a simple and easily understood way


• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and scientists, analyze data and come up with insights


• ‎5+ years of experience in Data Management or related field


• Experiences working in NLP, eCommerce is definitely a plus, but not required.
