Chief Financial Officer

As CFO you will oversee all accounting, financial and fiscal management
aspects of company operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the
administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting in order to exceed
company targets for growth profitability and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as Chief Financial Officer and strategic business partner to the senior executive leadership team and Board of Directors
* Assess and evaluate financial performance of an organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts. Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of the organization
* Communicate, engage and interact with Board of Directors and executive leadership team
* Create and establish regular financial objectives that align with the organizational plan for growth and expansion
* Participate in critical organizational decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models
* Implement policies, procedures and processes as deemed appropriate by the senior leadership team
* Implement policies, procedures and processes as deemed appropriate by the senior leadership team and organizational requirements
* Prepare and present regular financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget by division and weekly cash flow by division
* Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual organizational operating budget
* Supervise the accounting and finance departments to ensure the proper functioning of all systems and databases
* Oversee the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements
* Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
* Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems
Required Qualifications

* Progressively more responsible experience in senior financial management positions for large international organizations for minimum ‎10 years;
* Experience in Egypt's medical market.
* Solid knowledge of Odoo Systems.
* Demonstrated success in implementing major corporate change management programs.
* Demonstrated success in contributing to the design and implementation of computerized financial systems.
* High level of communication and inter-personal skills with demonstrated experience in managing large numbers of staff.
* Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
* Written and verbal fluence in English is required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced degree or Diplomas in the areas of finance, accounting, management or a related discipline.
* Fluency in another foreign language.
* Global experience preferred, experience working across cultures.
