A privately owned diversified group involved in investments, real estate,
hospitality and industrial, our client is an established and respected name in
Saudi Arabia with an impressive portfolio. Keen to capitalise on further,
significant new business opportunities they are looking to appoint a high
calibre, technically strong and commercially astute CFO.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing a robust and
commercially integrated finance function that supports the delivery of
challenging growth and profitability objectives.
You will be a key member of the leadership team overseeing all financial
reporting, tax, treasury, cash management, robust working capital management,
internal controls, forecasting, financial modelling and budgeting. You will
play an integral part in ensuring the group are able to achieve their
ambitious goals whilst taking a leadership role in further developing the
corporate DNA of the group.
The Candidate
This is a challenging, high-profile role, requiring a professionally qualified
CFO with proven experience working within the investment or real estate sector
with the intellect and credibility to develop long term business
objectives/strategy within a dynamic, forward-thinking Group.
You may already be residing in Saudi Arabia or currently reside in the UK but
be looking for an opportunity to relocate that will be fully supported by the
client.
