The Software License Specialist works closely with different stakeholders to
manage the software licenses purchasing, consumption monitoring and auditing.

Responsibilities

In accordance with COE strategy and standards, the Software License Specialist
shall :

‎1/ Communication with suppliers

Manage communication with suppliers on contract specially related to License
types & scope & rights of use
*
Consolidate agreements with suppliers
‎2/ Software licenses management
*
Follow up on Sizing & planning of new licenses for Budgets & capacity
increase
*
Monitor and report licenses utilization for different applications
*
Ensure on-time delivery of needed licenses
*
Follow-up on licenses renewal and maintenance
‎3/ Compliance with policies and license terms
*
Ensure compliance with vendors licenses policies
*
Perform audits on license usage for different applications

• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Communication, or Electronics.


• B.Sc. in Computer Science


• ‎3+ years of relevant experience.
