Position Summary
1. Establish, maintain, and manage the HR system complying with the HR policy
to maximize efficiency of HR tasks.
2. Drive innovation in HR tasks by finding inefficient processes and
improving them.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [HR system operation] Perform the establishment, maintenance and
management of the HR system by linking it to management and HR strategy.
2. [Standard management] Analyze the appropriateness of policy, process,
codes for standardization, and apply them to the system when they are newly
created or changed.
3. [HR process innovation] Analyze inefficient elements of the HR process and
draft plans for improvement to apply them to the system.
4. [HR audit] Draft monitoring plans on whether the relevant business
organizations comply with the standard HR policy and process and analyze
risks.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background:
* Graduated from a reputable University.
Experience:
* From 2-4 years of experience in HR (Preferably in Payroll)
* Familiar with Social Insurance law.
* Proficient in Excel and reporting.
