Production Supervisor

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Production Supervisor reports to the Production Manager and has primary
responsibility for controlling and sustaining all onsite production
activities:
PRIMARY DUTIES
* Ensure that all safety procedures are adhered to the employees
* Ensure the production team following all the EHS standards.
* Ensure all the require PPE for the operators available in the facility.
* Organize available labor to ensure that daily production requirements can be achieved.
* Support in leading the production team to achieve yearly deliverables according target.
* Ensure the shop floor following the Working Instructions in all the activities.
* Review and print the process control charts to ensure following the WI.
* Implement all regulation and requirements related to ISO ‎9001, ‎14001, ‎45001 standards
* Ensure all documents are available, followed and updated according ISO ‎9001, ‎14001, ‎45001 standards.
* Ensure all documents are available, followed and updated according ISO standard.
* Comply with the yearly training plan, and keep training matrix and records updated.
* Ensure the ERP system always updated with our daily production in time.
* Ensure following the cost saving programs in the shop floor if required.
* Support site in the internal and external quality audits.
* Ensure that all corrective actions from customers claim, internal audits and QFR related to production department are done effectively and in time.
* Maintain accurate and complete production data through close follow up on MO's, shop floor orders, production checklists, and shift sheet and maintenance requests.
* Perform the necessary housekeeping and cleaning audits and do everything possible to maintain a clean and tidy workplace.

Minimum Requirements
* B.S. in chemistry or B.Sc. Engineering
* ‎3 + years' experience industrial fields, experience in EHS would be beneficial.
* Excellent organization
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
* Excellent computer skills.
* Excellent people skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Technical background holds a good estimate.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT
Complete if appropriate based on position.
