What You Will Do:
* To review and set annual standard costs, ensuring compliance with the Standard Rules & Guidelines on standard costing.
* To provide the performance on a detailed monthly variance analysis (COGS + all variances), supported by value-added and actions driven commentary.
* To monitor the monthly inventories trend evolution, and support the local Supply Chain management team in identifying issues and executing the actions plans
* Controlling & monitoring the operating expenses & Capital expenditure to reduce variances against budget
* Work closely with supply chain team in preparing financial proposal for new products rolling out projects
* To support company financial statements and reporting to HFM
* To assist in internal and external audits.
* Verify Ecolab policies and procedures are applied.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration or Accounting.
* Minimum ‎3-‎5 years of finance experience (preferably with ‎2-‎3 years of supply chain finance / costing experience).
* Candidates have a strong understanding of a manufacturing environment and standard cost systems.
* I Scala, SAP or similar advanced ERP systems experience beneficial.
* Strong computer skills - Microsoft office required. Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with big amounts of data will be a plus.
* Excellent ability to communicate in written and spoken English
