We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the
role of Assistant vice president.

Principal responsibilities
* Financial Performance Analysis and Reporting - analysing and reporting of financial activity in a timely and transparent way with recommendations where appropriate. Holding periodic reviews with managers and staff
* Tax Management / Planning - ensuring optimal tax position for the business, in conjunction with Corporate Tax. Adequate and timely tax reporting and reviewing ETA portals
* Solid accounting background and manage its activities to insure timely submissions using the group reporting tool
* Overall management of the country finance function and support in leading the country Finance team.
* Month-End Close & Corporate Reporting according to group policies and timetables.
* Strong Banking, Cash Flow Forecasting and Planning.
* Work closely with the external auditors for quarterly and yearly proper closure.
Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting and/or Management
* ‎7+ years' experience in Finance;
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
* Strong knowledge of Egyptian Accounting Standards and IFRS.
* Exposure to ERP systems and Database Management.
* A fluent level of English and Arabic language skills, both oral and written.
* Knowledge of country tax portals and submissions

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally
and no relocation need will be prioritised.
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced
vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to
satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment
