Your responsibilities
* Take responsibility for sales of animal nutrition products (additives, premixes, minerals, services) in the Middle East region.
* Provide marketing and technical support for affiliates and clients and act as a technical specialist for your market segment when working with customers, by embodying and nurturing the technical expertise of the group
* You will support providing the product to the global animal nutrition industry from a technical aspect including utilization of research and technical tools as well as supporting the development and preparation of technical material
* Developing and implementing new partnerships within the Arab markets: create and lead a partner network
* Creating and fulfilling own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans
* Controlling all sales activities with existing and potential customers
* Establish and develop long-term customer relationships
* Monitoring the markets and identify market potential
* Develop customer concepts in cooperation with product management, experts, and formulators
* Accompany technical people to key players within the zone

Your profile
* Postgraduate qualification (Agri/Agro Engineering or Veterinarian educational background)
* At least ‎10 years experience in the B2B food, dairy, and ingredients business
* You have a strong understanding of product technical management, product lunch, and product promotion principles
* You bring thorough knowledge and training in animal nutrition and technical applications
* Business development spirit
* Autonomy and organizational skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Public speaking and negotiation skills
* Experience working in a matrix organization (cross-cultural mindset)
* Flexible and willing to travel regularly within the region
* Excellent English language skills, Arab languages would be appreciated
* Enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to work under pressure
* Strong customer, service orientation skills
