Main tasks
EQ
* Steering and monitoring of the sustainable development of the EQ business
* Support Head of Sales / Field Force within all EQ relevant topics.
Mercedes-Benz Certified
* Steering and monitoring of the sustainable development of the Mercedes-Benz Certified and Used Vehicle Business.
* Drive the bidding process & sales of the MBEg Company Cars
* Ensure achievement of the volume targets
Fleet & Corporate Sales Business
* Steering and monitoring of the sustainable development of the Fleet Business in Egypt
* Support in managing the Corporate Sales Business together with the Field Force
* Ensure achievement of the volume targets of Fleet & Corporate Sales
Reporting, Analysis and Communication
* Alignment and support in the monthly planning and reporting for the topics described within this job description.
Administrative tasks
* Formulation and lead in management visits and quarterly steering meetings
* Timely communication of analysis and reports to Management
* Completion of all Compliance and Integrity training, along with timely handling of the escalation process of Compliance and Integrity related topics
Sales Projects
* Support in sales related projects
Educational Background
Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration, or similar, in
combination with extensive automotive retail experience
Technical knowledge
Familiar with Sales / Lead Management Systems, along with Product and Planning
processes at Retail and/or Wholesale level.
Soft skills/individual competence
* Experience in a Sales environment at either a manufacturer or a dealer level. Mercedes-Benz background is of an advantage.
* Negotiation and influencing skills on an Expert level are must.
* Microsoft Office knowledge especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
* Arabic & English are necessary, German of an advantage.
