NAOS Marketing is recruiting an experienced doctor with a strong knowledge of
clinic operations to lead and manage a group of clinics. You will be hired by
our client, a very reputed medical group that counts ‎45 clinics around Egypt.

Your responsibilities as a Zone Manager for a group of clinics**
* Managing a group of clinics, reporting directly to the Medical Director
* Overseeing clinics ' administrative operations and staff duties. Overall supervision of clinics senior staff and managers.
* Following up with clinic managers on the budget, billing system, and inventory. Monitors productivity and receivables.
* Identifies problems that interfere with practice and develops an action plan for resolution.
* Implements strategic plans to enhance business growth.
* Ensures distribution of information to all clinic managers on any updates and/or changes of clinic protocols.
* Attends Management, staff, and quality assurance meetings, and other meetings as requested.
* Maintains confidentiality.
* Train new clinic staff as necessary.
* Assist in the development and implementation of special clinic projects, revenue-generating campaigns.
* Review and approve timesheets, input and transmit monthly payroll and attendance.
* Maintain a positive working relationship with medical staff and employees.

Required Qualifications

• BSC. Degree of Medicine with at least five years of practice.


• Knowledge of clinic operations with at least five years of clinic /hospital management experience.

Salary Range:

‎25,000 EGP up to ‎30,000 EGP

• Cairo: Whole greater Cairo.


• Delta: Tanta- Kafr EL Shekh-Mansoura, Monofya, El Mahala, Zagazig.


• Suez Canal Area: Port Said, Suez, Ismailia, Hurgada, Damietta.


• Upper Egypt: Bani Swef, El Menya, Assuit, Sohag.


• Alexandria: Alexandria, Damanhur.
