  • In-depth, current, technical Design knowledge.

  • Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries, and operate successfully in an intense of business environment.

  • Have good communication skills; both verbal and written & commendable analytical abilities.

  • Should have the potential to develop project scope and guarantee producing an A class Architectural Designs.


Skills


  • Creative Design Skills, proficient in producing feasible aesthetic building designs.

  • Prepare Professional Conceptual and Schematic proposals and deliver presentations convincing clients.

  • Produce building plans/designs using CAD tools and manual technical drawing instruments.

  • Part of their work description includes reworking and modifying designs as may be requested by clients or management.

  • Excellent Presentation and rendering skills.

  • Ensure company policies and standards are maintained when providing services to clients.

  • Ensure proper documentation and record of all vital information related to a structural / MEP design.

  • Produce reports and periodic updates to management on work activities; they also ensure timely completion and delivery of architectural designs.

  • Specify important details for a building project such as cost estimates, materials, and assumed duration of construction is an additive.

  • Demonstrate great ability to work effectively and efficiently in constantly changing business environment.

  • Plan, organize and prioritize own work in a high delivery performance.

  • Understand your role in the team and in the broader departmental organization.

  • Documenting best practices and coach one or more specialists.


Requirements


  • BA in Architecture

  • Excellent Knowledge in Local Building/Fire Codes, NFPA is an additive.

  • Knowledge of construction drawings Standards.

  • Solid Understanding of Architectural Tools (AutoCAD, Revit, 3Dmax"Vray or Corona", Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion).

  • Leadership in green Buildings Design is Preferable.
