Job Description: We're seeking an experienced IT Support who will play a
crucial role in supporting, managing, and enhancing the organization's
information technology systems. Your responsibilities will include ensuring
the functionality, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure, addressing
technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet
business objectives.
Job Responsibilities :
* Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
* Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitor solutions.
* Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement.
* Prepare cost-benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary and monitor vendors to ensure that they're offering the best possible service and value for business needs.
* Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups.
* Good knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (ex: Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory,), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring
* Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions.
* Strong creative and analytical thinking
* Configure and maintain operating systems, ensuring they are up to date with patches and security updates.
* Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks.
* Adhere to and enforce security policies to protect against cyber threats.
* Educate end-users on security best practices.

• Education - bachelor's degree in IT, preferably with a major in information technology, computer science, or management information systems.


• Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network technologies.
