JOB PURPOSE:
Leverage the GTM business model by managing the product/ process and strategic
integration of digital content/ assets/ messages across different platforms
and channels.
Acting upon a deep understanding of Customer needs and engagement preferences,
therefore driving the orchestration of OCE different channels and messages,
Contributing significantly to CHC Transformation ambition to attain a superior
level of Brand Centricity, Leading to a significant improved customer
experience/satisfaction.
Developing channel strategy &Road map in alignment with medico-marketing a
customer engagement to ensure continuous evolution of channels &technology in
line with affiliate needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
DIGITAL CONTENT PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
* Governs and supports the processes surrounding planning, development, and management of Content / messages to be implemented across the multi-channel Customer Journey & communication platforms with Marketing/Digital Lead/ Medical Teams across Foundation BU, as well as relevant third parties and agencies.
* Liaise with Medical agencies, scientific societies, KOLs and DOLs in all targeted Therapeutic areas to create differentiated contents including but not limited to editing, proofread and engagement with HCPs for a curation concept (User Generated Content)
* Works with HCP Activator Lead for understanding of priorities related to Customer groups/persona, digital fingerprint and segments for current portfolio brands in terms of Customer needs, gaps, Content and channel preferences.
* Leads and supports the process for development of Content / messaging strategy for various targeted persona based on their customer journey and Content map received from Customer Engagement lead according to their position on the brand/digital adoption ladder.
* Drives the process to create and maintain digital/physical Content editorial plans to ensure timely and accurate Content delivery through Integrated Content Plans.
* Contributes to the campaign planning by supporting Marketing, Customer Engagement and Medical teams to develop digital Content specific for current and new Customer Engagement touch points (such as but not limited to email, banners, videos, webinars, online education)
* Works with Corporate to leverage Corporate Master Content or other regional digital Content to adapt and deploy for other Countries to drive operational efficiency.
* Manage the Content resources either internal DAM or external with different agencies and suppliers
* Partnership with KOLs & Societies for Content Curation relevant with market need through identification of customer need to address the gaps in company's current content.
* Monitor and analyse competitors' content to create competitive edge and leadership.
* Develop content strategy for Sanofi Events, activities, and Congress with the goal to enrich /transform the delivered content based on customer adoption and create meaningful journey aiming to increase level of interaction on Sanofi Exhibition area.
* Create specific digitally engaging content to address specific need in channels consistent and differentiating manner supporting DRS TEAM.
* Enhancing Sanofi Omnichannel Ecosystem by identifying new content channels/formats based on evolving customer engagement preference & test their efficiency and sharing learning across country.
* Make use of social media power (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube ….) to create differentiated content to ensure Sanofi leadership and making it trustworthy source of content.
* Efficiently working with regulatory team through closely follow up and monitor new PI Updates to ensure that all materials are updated.
* Managing all logistics related to the promotional material prior and after submission to EDA with regulatory team.
DIGITAL CONTENT & ASSET MANAGEMENT
* Ensures optimal management of digital assets with appropriate governance on Content approval - Medical and regulatory Review processes.
* Develops and ensures governance and processes surrounding Content development / digital asset management, such as data entry guidelines, translation, review, and approval workflow consistent with the specified strategy and schedule to ensure timely and accurate Content delivery through the right channels at the right time.
* Governs digital Content production and transfer of Content and assets to the digital asset library (when applicable)
* Ensures the right review and approval workflow happens with the right stakeholders in a timely manner.
* Focal point with inspector and regulatory team in material release after EDA Validation.
* Full accountability on material submission on system to be Content hub for all foundation content.
* Leveraging DAM, Content localization Hub and sharing content across region.
MEASUREMENT & OPTIMISATION
* Develops an optimization framework and plan to test and learn different Content approaches that maximize Content consumption rate that will lead Customers along the brand adoption ladder.
* Set annual content development plan per brand and apply on budget allocation in alignment with marketing and medical teams.
* Localize the best global campaigns with full alignment with medical and marketing team
* Initiate and activate innovative solutions for content Factory for CHC.
Others:

* Promptly report to your superior any dangerous conditions of which you become aware.
JOB-HOLDER's ENTRY REQUIREMENTS :
* Education: bachelor 's degree, medical or pharmaceutical education (as advantage)
Related Experience:
* ‎5+ years in pharmaceutical field preferably
* Prior experience in digital / multimedia agency for content creation in highly regulated markets such as pharma is an advantage.
* Different assignment in different functions is a plus (Marketing,Digital…)
* Prior sales experience a plus.
Professionally level:
* Deep experience in digital production and content best practices.
* Understanding of Content approval processes in a highly regulated industry.
* Full familiarity with digital and non-digital Content production processes.
* Experience in coordinating and driving cross-functional teams and maintaining a cross-functional forward-looking Content editorial plan.
* Understanding of creating Content that considers business objectives, Customers' objectives and the objectives of technology.
* Experience in measuring impact, generating actionable insights and optimising Content on digital and non-digital channels.
* Experience creating relevant and impactful digital Content.
* Experience in execution of Digital initiatives having lead project teams across functions and without authority.
* Knowledge of digital asset management.
* Understanding of Veeva for Medical, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Analytics platforms, Adobe Marketing cloud suites or similar.
* Produce regular reports to provide insights into the performance of content across channels.
* Partner with B.O for analytics for measuring of content performance and analyse channel performance.
