Contract Manager

About this opportunity!

We are now looking for a Contract Manager to manage in Egypt with leadership
skills to drive contract and commercial negotiations on large scale sales
opportunities. The contract manager will be communicating directly with
multiple Ericsson customers in Egypt with responsibility of drafting
commercial terms and conditions, proposal responses and compliance to contract
terms & condition in cooperation with CU, Core3 roles and legal affairs. It
will be the contract managers responsibility to manage the entire suite of the
contractual relationship internally in Ericsson and externally with the
customer securing full compliance to the Ericsson wanted position as well as
execution towards our customer.

What you will do

Manages and coordinates the contract management task and activities as its
progresses from qualification through proposal, contract negotiation and
throughout contract execution

Execute their duties according to good industry practice and adhering to
Ericsson Sales Process and the Ericsson Business Critical Terms & Conditions

Have a long term and proactive role to develop contractual strategies and
executing them through (‎1) creation and positioning of commercial value;(‎2)
long term improvement in terms and conditions from a commercial, legal
perspective; and (‎3) creation and protection of add-on sales and up-sell
opportunities;
Perform contractual and commercial risk management across the contractual
lifecycle;
Contribute to securing the financial result (margins, working capital, add-on
sales and upselling) in collaboration with KAM and Delivery responsible (CFR)

Monitor contract execution, handles corrective actions and negotiates changes,
ensuring that the parties live up to contract obligations;
Be responsible for contract governance, and adherence to Ericsson Business
Delegation (EBD) and obtaining approvals in the sales process in a timely
manner.
Manage customers by leading the contract negotiations through to execution
Supports supplier negotiations where there is huge dependency on third parties
securing key obligations such as scope, acceptance, delivery requirements,
commercial conditions are back-to-back.

Effective communicator and presenter to audiences both internally and
externally with the ability to influence stakeholders, customers and
colleagues with a solution orientated approach.

You will bring

Education: Graduate degree in relevant discipline such as law/business
administration/finance/engineering etc.)
Certification (to be renewed on an ongoing basis for validity) in Contract
Management, from a globally recognized institution, within a period of
eighteen months of joining
Proven years of experience, in Contract Management/Project Management/Sales in
Pre/Post Award or both
For IT near contracts, experience from B2B enterprise environment, including
international business conditions and culture.
