Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in managing a multi-disciplined
team of Worley personnel and subcontractors on the El Dabaa nuclear project,
where Worley acts as Owner 's Technical Consultant.
* Provides direct interface with the Owner and assists in the training of Owner's engineering and technical staff.
* Represents the project at internal & external meetings
* Ensures effective coordination between project disciplines
* Enforces inter-discipline reviews of deliverables, distributes deliverables on the project
* Reports on project scope performance against the baseline plan
Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering. Project Management Certification is a plus.
* Strong technical skills; 10+ years of experience in engineering management and project management for NPP construction projects including management of multi-discipline teams and work at remote sites.
Special Job Requirements
* Work location is Cairo, Egypt, relocating to El Dabaa nuclear site.
* English fluency is required; Russian is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent multi-cultural, multi-discipline leadership skills
