OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:


The role is responsible for helping the management and administration with
tasks and clerical duties to increase the efficiency of the office workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:



  • University degree (Bachelors) & a minimum of ‎2 years related work experience.

  • Excellent command of English language.

  • Experience using computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, able to work independently as well as in collaboration with colleagues, student members, and stakeholders.

  • Excellent skills in writing, organizational and planning capabilities, problem-solving, and dynamic interpersonal skills (phone, email and in person).

  • Robust work ethic, and effective time management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines.


JOB DESCRIPTION:



  • Manage the day-to-day administrative affairs, including managing calendars, setting scheduling priorities, coordinating appointment, preparing meeting documents, minute- keeping.

  • Answer phone calls and take messages for the management or colleagues.

  • Maintain the daily, weekly and monthly agenda to keep track of the workflow in office.

  • Set up for meetings, appointments, and interviews.

  • Keep track of teaching staff database.

  • Prepare and distribute ministry related memos, forms, and reports.

  • Maintain a filing system and do regular checks of the documents.

  • Provide administrative support, including file administrative, student, staff, and electronic database records to ensure compliance with University policies and procedures.
