Project Manager/ Team Leader (f/m/d)

We are seeking Project Manager/ Team Leader (f/d/m) as a part of our DB
Engineering & Consulting GmbH Branch Office.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, ensuring project success within scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver a safe and efficient railway infrastructure
* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and scheduling
* Ensure the project is executed in accordance with contractual agreements, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
* Build and lead a high-performing project team, including engineers, planners, and construction professionals
* Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, government authorities, and contractors

Qualifications:
* M.Sc. degree in Engineering or similar
* Minimum ‎8 years of experience in a senior management role in projects/studies in transport infrastructure projects
* Previous experience with comparable projects in the Middle East region would be advantage
* Experience of managing at least ‎2 preliminary studies of similar magnitude and complexity in the field of railway transport
* Experience in projects funded by IFIs/ donors
* Fluent communication and written skills in English with great customer service orientation
* Experience in MS Office Applications (MS Office), Outlook, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Share Point Online
* Driving license required in order to perform assigned duties
* Attention to detail with planning and organizing skills along with analytical and reporting skills
