Job Description:
* Manages and trains the security team.
* Hires and onboards new security members.
* Sets the security team staffing schedule.
* Ensure all security aspects in place.
* Follow-up and monitor the security team attendance, performance.
* Set the evaluation parameters for all the security team.
* Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
* Enforce all security policies and procedures in place.
* Conducts regular security inspections & audits.
* Investigates security threats and breaches.
* Prepare comprehensive security reports.
* Presents security improvement plans to executives.
* Builds and manages the security departmental budget.
* Leads company emergency response trainings.
* Maintains utmost confidentiality and discretion.
* Ensures that the team follows security and privacy laws and standards.
* Manages a team and has advanced leadership skills.
* Remains calm in fast-paced and stressful situations.
* Demonstrates attention to detail and is diligent.
* Works well independently and has strong project management skills.

Qualifications
‎1- Bachelor Degree holder.
‎2- English language Excellent level.
‎3- x-military or police officer is a must.
‎4- Presentable is a must.
‎5- ‎5 to ‎8 years of relevant experience
