About this opportunity
We are looking for someone who is responsible for operations and management
for S &CR.
What you will do
* The development and deployment of the S &CR Functional Area as well as S&CR strategy, targets and KPIs, policies, directives, requirements, standards, processes, methodologies and tools, and ensure integration to the business.
* The analysis and development of S&CR situational and impact analysis, business cases and opportunities, risk and materiality assessments and mitigation plans.
* Securing S&CR strategy execution and driving initiatives in line with the strategy and targets.
* Monitoring, reporting and timely communicating defined targets and KPIs. Identifying deviations and taking corrective actions.
* Proactively engage with relevant stakeholders (employees, customers and society).
* Manage the sites access to field maintenance teams (PA , PM, and CM) also rented teams to achieve their required activities in the sites.
* Renew and maintain the rental contract between the building owners and Etisalat.
* Cancel the unneeded contract as per customer request.
* Manage the building ,landowners and guards' problems.
* Guarantee sites security through hiring needed guards for the GF sites and audit on them to evaluate their performance.
* Manage OHS regulations.
* Drives continues improvements to secure thought leadership position and proposes innovative approaches and solutions.
* Contribute to solve complex and diverse issues, developing and proposing solutions, using sophisticated analysis
* Prepares input to Ericsson's governance and understands how S&CR is governed in the different bodies.
* Contributes to S&CR situational analysis, risk and impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and materiality assessment
You will bring
* Appropriate degree in Telecommunications/law
* Hands-on experience for legal and local law
* Years of experience:5-8 years.
* Familiar with Telecommunication Network.
* Good presentation and communication skills.
* Good command of English language
* Customer Relationship Management skills.
* Ability to think quickly and calmly when working under pressure.
* Certification will be add on
This job role is based in Egypt.
