The Credit Control Team
* High level of cash-flow from customers
* Reduction of outstanding debts
* Accounts information and collection service is trustworthy, produced in real-time to internal and external customers
* Customer's satisfaction and retention (We are where you are, we understand local cultures and Processes)
The Credit Controller will …
* Create procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention
* Reconcile complex accounts that have been escalated from the AR team
* Monitor debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO
* Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team
* Liaise with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team
* Prepare weekly receivables and lease ageing status report and submit to the management for review and action.
* Monitor closed receivables, police cases, third party collections etc.
* Open Debtor account with proper documentation.
* Ensure that all invoices have been issued according to the agreement signed with the client.
* Process credit notes as per to Department Rules.
* Chase outstanding customer account and finalize the dues.
* Attend customer queries on day to day basis.
* Visit clients for accounts related issues as and when required to ensure smooth running of business.
* Ensure that information is accurately allocated and entered into the system.
* Daily and monthly invoicing for various revenue segments.
* Proactively identify business improvement opportunities.
* Ensure that the company service guarantees are met.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with the team.
* Check Credit records on database and maintaining and updating this database on a regular basis.
* Have direct discussion with Sales managers and Country Manager regarding finance issue and keep them aware of financial matters with their clients.
* Escalate issues to Credit Control Manager on a regular basis.
