The Analyst Production plans, leads, organizes, and controls the process area
and the production lines in order to safely achieve optimum output in terms of
quality, efficiency, and cost using available resources of labour & skills,
machines & equipment, and materials.

About the Team/Department
Reporting to the Associate Manager Production
Responsibilities:
* Assure that All Safety Procedures and applicable std are followed in the Shopfloor
* Coordinates with the Factory Planner to clearly understand the production plan as to the SKU to be produced, the number of batches, the batch size, and the required completion date.
* Assures that the process operators, machine operators, inspector-packers, and packers are performing their duties and responsibilities correctly and diligently.
* Controls the performance of the process and the lines by establishing and implementing the proper performance measures, taking corrective action as needed, and seeking advice and assistance from Management and other units; ensures up-to-date line diary sheets and records are maintained; controls product quality as influenced by Process, filling levels, general product appearance and keeps reject / scrap level to a minimum.
* Organizes the process and the lines to include proper manning assignments, filling speeds, timing and sequences of processing and filling, check the use of duly approved components; liaises with Quality Control and Warehouse as warranted.
* Maintains and observes up-to-date rules and regulations pertaining to safety, health and environment (SHE) program of the company.
* Ensures all machinery and equipment in the process and the lines are operated in a safe manner, kept in good condition by observing good housekeeping standards, and maintained properly by the operators and technicians; liaises with Maintenance accordingly.
* Ensures non-stop continuous run and implementing rotation of the crew to increase skills and multi-tasking.
* Monitors and controls the use of proper PPE by his staff and that all safety rules and regulations are observed in the Process / Lines.
* Performs assigned tasks in the safety/health/environment program of the company.
* Trains the personnel in his unit to meet at least the minimum operational requirement of their position and to develop them for position of higher responsibilities and skills.
* Provide recommendation on how to improve production efficiency that may lead to increase in productivity
* Release of Production Orders on SAP and ensure the Proper closing for the Orders.
Experience you 'll bring:
* University Degree in Engineering
* Fresh Graduate or with Max ‎2 years' experience preferably in a fast moving consumer product industry.

* Must be computer literate and have a systems approach to the job
* Knowledge of ISO ‎9001:2000, ISO ‎14001:2004 and ISO ‎18001:2007 process implementation
* High Focus for safety, health and environment.
* Deliver results, demonstrates ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
* Very good in written and oral communication skills.
* Has acceptable knowledge in TPM/LEAN tools
