About ETIC
PwC is opening a new Technology & Innovation Center in Cairo that will deliver
high quality technology solutions to consulting Clients across the globe. The
Centre will provide a broad suite of skills and services to our clients,
ranging from Packaged Applications such as SAP & Oracle, to Cloud services
utilising AWS, Azure and Google, as well as expanding our existing Managed
Services capabilities.
The centre is looking to expand rapidly and we are looking for enthusiastic
self-starters with a passion for technology and client delivery to help shape
and form this new venture.
Full Stack Associate Developer scope overview:
* Participate in the designing and building of complex solutions for a web application (end-to-end)
* Oriented toward server-side web application logic in .Net framework, design, build and implementation
* Implementation of container-based REST APIs using container frameworks like Docker
* Facilitating the team's daily activities following different SCRUM events.
* Incorporate data protection and cybersecurity measures
* Ensure that database and front-end requests are at their optimal performance
* Automated testing, Test driven development (TDD)
* Create and maintain technical documentation
Role Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of C# and .Net framework.
* Practical experience working with technologies: ASP.NET Web Api or ASP.NET MVC;
* Experienced with front-end development using React or Angular technology and (HTML, CSS, etc)
* Experienced with DevOps continuous integration and continuous delivery tooling eg GIT, GitHUB, GITLab, etc. and ability to perform developer-owned Devops tasks
* Strong drive for Clean Code, Automation tools, Design improvements and Code quality (via Unit testing)
* Ability to use Asynchronous Programming to improve productivity
* Solid background in managing databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tool
Experience in:
* Practical experience working with technologies: ASP.NET Web Api or ASP.NET MVC;
* Practical experience in building REST client applications;
* Very good knowledge of C# language (async programming, Entity Framework, LINQ);
* Knowledge of identity management frameworks and protocols, such as OAuth and OpenID Connect.
* Experience in any other back-end technology is a plus.
* Google Cloud Platform is a plus
* Caching technologies (e.g Redis)
* Custom integration with IdAM Auth0 SAML, etc.
* DynamoDB, OpenShift, Docker
* RDBMS databases knowledge, specifically on Cloud SQL using MySql
* Gitlab, Github or any similar tool, Branching and Merging Strategies
* BDD, TDD. Unit Testing Frameworks (JUnit),Performance testing, API tests, Contract and Component level Testing
* Linux, Frontend/UI Dev experience, Automation Testing, Devops tools
Essential skills & attributes:
* Understanding of SDLC is a must
* Previous experience working in Agile team is a plus
* Experience in Consulting or in working within multinational environments.
* Good communication skills and initiative.
