Your Key Responsibilities:

• Generating designed reports by the SFE s to assess business metrics reports to Sales team


• Ensure all month end activities are coordinated within FF and completed within reporting timelines.


• Ensuring new team members receive the required level of system support and training to perform appointed role efficiently and effectively.


• Ensure FF Deployment with proper allocation


• Design Qlicksense interactive dynamic Dashboards that correlate different data sources


• FF Achievement calculation with advanced automated tools


• Individual incentive calculation quarterly matching with the SOPs, manage all exceptions and track with proper governance all the required approval and documents

Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role:

The ideal candidate needs to be tenacious and have a strong performance
mindset. To achieve this you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration Computer science or equivalent


• Min ‎3-‎4 years' of proven experience in commercial effectiveness preferably in pharmaceutical industry


• Digital technical capabilities in developing different system


• Remarkable skills in advanced excel, access, Qlik sense and power BI


• Fluency in English language


• To be able to manage different stakeholders (regional, internal associates & external vendors/ suppliers)

Experience and Skills:

• Demonstrate project management skills, analytical skills, commercial understanding, market awareness and sound business knowledge.


• Managing complexity in a highly regulated environment


• Deep digital knowledge and capabilities are required to ensure high standards in designing the DB on qlicksense


• Capable of working across boundaries and functional areas


• High resilience and agility with Creative approaches in problem solving to be able to solve either technical or operational challenges as digital initiatives and different roles requirements.


• Ability to spot and manage multiple interdependencies and future trends affecting business performance
