Role responsibilities:
In this role you will define and coordinate the implementation of the QEHS
related standards, guidelines, processes, and measures with ensuring adherence
to the ISO and similar international standards.
* Support the development and implementation of the Integrated Management System with adherence to company's policies & guidelines, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
* Support the planning and leading of the preparations for third party certification process to maintain\acquire ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates.
* Support the QEHS team, management teams and other support functions and services to achieve the QEHS policies objectives.
* Support the Adaption, promotion and the implementation of the company's QEHS programs and initiatives with monitoring` their effectiveness.
* Plan, implement and follow up the audits / assessments / inspections program (including certification audits where applicable).
* Ensure that applicable statutory requirements are identified and accorded to.
* Ensure implementation of QEHS related risk management principals in processes, projects and products.
* Ensure timely and controls QEHS related reporting as to local and Siemens requirements.
* Ensure adequate QEHS related communication towards internal and external stakeholder and authorities.
* Provide training to all relevant staff on Quality, EHS and relevant best practices.
* Ensure adequate planning and implementation of the product safety guidelines.
* Conduct suppliers\contractors QEHS assessments, as applicable.
* Ensure adequate management and reporting of customers feedback.
* Ensure implementation of EHS materials compliance guidelines.
* Scheduling, tracking and generating various statistical analysis of data for the purpose of reporting.
