Job Description


Role purpose:
Provide an extensive level of support for Office IT Infrastructure Infra
Reporting / VLC service ownership. With respect to the complex nature of the
Infra Reporting / VLC environment in scope the Service Owner supposed to be
executing the operational assessment of projects that will be implemented.
Plan for the service improvement with defined timelines, provide permanent
resolution for ongoing problems, composing necessary scripts and automation
workflows to decrease the amount of human intervention as well as composing
capacity reports and draw the road map for a proactive future capacity
increase plans.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

Education:
* BSC in Engineering or Computer Science
Work Experience:
* From ‎7 to ‎9 years of Active Directory hands-on-experience.
* Managed a multi-forest or multi-domain Active Directory environment.
* Participated in design and migration activities for Active Directory.
* User Provisioning experience is mandatory
PC Knowledge:
* Professional Level
Technical skills:
* Rock-solid hands-on-experience in Active Directory is a must.
* MCSE certificate is a must.
* Experience in Windows Server ‎2008 or ‎2012 is mandatory.
* Experience in troubleshooting and strong PowerShell scripting is mandatory.
* Reporting and analysis skills are preferred.
* Project management knowledge is a plus.
* ITIL Foundation certificate is a plus.
Personal skills:
* Interpersonal organization.
* Dedication, sense of ownership
* Ability to work in teams
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Must be team oriented
* Must have technical support experience via the phone and via direct customer facing
* Must have systems support experience, preferably in a large production environment
* Experience in working with professionals from other cultures
* Excellent spoken and written English
