Job Description



  • Definition of a vision and derivation of strategic and operational objectives.

  • Development of appropriate evaluation criteria for service and logistics derived from the corporate strategy in coordination with management as well as neighboring departments.

  • Check on regular basis the objectives and measures as well as deriving and ensuring the implantation of corresponding corrective actions if necessary.

  • Ensure that the service and logistics department is equipped in an up to date and appropriate manner with the appropriate work equipment according to manufacturer related specifications and standers.

  • Implementation and development of customer journey in the service and workshop process to meet customer requirements and achieve the greatest possible process efficiency.

  • Development, communication and monitoring of quality objectives and process standards in compliance with manufacturer specifications.

  • Ensure consistent quality of work, processes, repairs and advising.

  • Planning and optimization of work processes as well as their interfaces, with the aim of the best possible customer support.

  • Identification and control of the relevant de-rivers as well as development and consistent implementation of measures with the aim of continuous retention and improvement of customer satisfaction.

  • Establishment of an open culture for dealing with customer feedback.

  • Ensuring the systematic collection and regular evaluation of customer feedback initiative of continuous improvement measures.

  • Management, optimization and implementation of efficient processes in the service and logistics department.

  • Planning and participating in regular communication as well as closely working together with sales management to ensure ongoing communication with respect to complaints, with the aim of achieving high customer satisfaction.

  • Development of employees' awareness and sustainable complaint management.

  • Ensure that within the service center, legal requirements on environmental protection, occupational health and safety and fire protection are complied with.

  • Ensure regular and necessary instruction in safety.

  • Controlling the responsible managerial staff in service and logistics given the corporate objectives.

  • Planning available personnel for service and logistics as well as conducting application and hiring interviews.

  • Managing training and educational plans for all employees in service and logistics.

Requirements**
* BSc of Automotive or Mechanical engineering.
* ‎10-‎12 years of experience in the automotive industry with ‎3 years ' experience in similar position.
* Strong organization skills.
* High level of facilitation skills including interactive/ communication skills.
* Multi-tasking abilities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Analytical skills.
* Fluent English verbal and written.
* Fluent Arabic verbal and written.
