The Process Analyst will be responsible for understanding business processes
and applications, analysing the Business needs of internal clients and
stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions and
business transformation plans.
The process analyst will liaise with stakeholders to elicit, analyses,
communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes,
information systems and organization.
This position requires an ability to understand business processes, extract
the wastes and translate them into improvements ideas that will allow the
organization to achieve its goals.

* Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and translate into process/people/system requirements for improvement
* Capability to gather complex concepts in a simple way
* Manage requirements gathering process by collecting inputs and guide the team on identifying the areas of improvements
* Make sure to manage the customer insights in regards to improvements.
* Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to plan and prioritize work schedule and work within agreed timescales.
* Strong communications skills (written and verbal) - need to communicate at all levels within the business and external service providers / business partners.
