Systems Support Administrator

This exciting role will involve the following:
* Support and administration of business-critical IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
* Remote and on-site technical support for high stakes exams and assessment projects
* Collaboration with internal DevOps and business users to scope infrastructure requirements
* Architecture design and implementation of highly available applications
* Continuous improvement of technical solutions and processes
To be successful, you must have:
* Strong Windows and Linux systems admin experience
* Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESX and Hyper-V
* Solid understanding of IT best practices for performance, availability, scalability, and security
* Solid understanding of networking and core internet protocols
* A passion for technology and learning
