What value are you going to add to Ingram Micro:
Transactional /Business support:
*
SO approval of all the vendors on a daily basis.
* All the price support program must be validated while approving the SO (reseller, support value, qty, validity, etc)
* In case of any variance in the support, inform the line manager to take the corrective action
* Keep track of qty utilization of each vendor's program
* Approving the B2B PO of all the vendors on a daily basis.
* Interaction with the business team.
* Support the business during weekly, monthly & vendor commits
Financial Analysis:
* Analyse and ensure that the minimum margin threshold of vendors are met
* Analyse the negative margin if any on a daily basis and provide report with reasons
* Assist the line manager for budget
* Any other adhoc job given by the line manager/dept head
Here's what it takes to be one of the team:
* Graduate finance, accounting background
* 4-5 years of experience in Accounting (revenue, GM Analysis, managing the regional GP ,, financial planning analysis)
* Preferable: Scala,
* Flexible with long working hours / one Saturday will work, monthly
