The team you'll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers
including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the
customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While
bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX
organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
An exciting opportunity to work in the ever-changing Telecommunication
Industry. As a member of our Partner Support Team. As a Partner Sales
Associate for Enterprise Global Partner Sales, you will stimulate the assigned
existing partner base to become active and growing with Nokia. You will own
the complete life-cycle relationship with the partner, from developing a
strategy and executing it.
What you will learn and contribute to
We are looking for Partner Sales Associate to Support our Enterprise Business.
In this job, you will…
* Build relationships across Nokia's assigned emerging partner ecosystem and keep Nokia at the "front of mind".
* Develop a business plan with outcome-based sales strategies, capturing market segmentation, solution positioning, target campaigning, in collaboration with relevant Enterprise stakeholders
* Identify opportunities to help partners upsell into existing accounts & Work with partners for subscription and care contract renewals
* Work with partners to implement pipeline generation campaigns & Lead the sales campaign along with relevant Enterprise stakeholders
* Report and follow up the sales metrics for their assigned partners & Work with partners for subscription and care contract renewals
Your skills and experience
You have:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent with some Knowledge (at least ‎2-‎3 years relevant post-graduate experience) of industry verticals and general enterprise market (competition, solutions, telecom / IT needs).
* Ambition to excel in channels or strategic alliance/partner management
* Great communicator, relationship builder, collaborator, and negotiator
It would be nice if you also had:
* Strong confidence in reading and understanding corporate, business and project financials as well as contractual terms and conditions
* Some understanding of the Nokia business, customers and portfolio
* Knowledge of the Communication Service Provider (CSP) market as well as the Enterprise and Webscale market
* Strategic Acumen
* Fluent in European Languages like French, Spanish, German, Italian.
