Within DSM Nutritional Products Animal Nutrition and Health, we are currently
looking for an HR & Administrative Coordinator for our new production site
at Sadat City, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities


General
* To organize and maintain the managers (digital) agenda
* To handle all incoming and outgoing post and e-mail messages
* To handle telephone calls and requests
* To manage and assure efficiency of administrative services for employees such as shuttle busses, catering services, health insurance issues, etc.
* To provide administrative support
* To provide facility service: welcome visitors, arrange meetings and meeting facilities, help preparing meetings, attend, make notes and distribute minutes and action list, arrange travel, accommodation and visa applications, take initiative in manager's absence, arrange site facilities
* To arrange social events for the staff such as year-end parties, corporate dinners, celebrations, etc.
HR
* To organize trainings, support training planning, prepare tracks and reports on the training budget, selection and quality check of training suppliers, to monitor and update training reports,
* To support recruitment of employees (advertising in local channels, screening candidates, language tests)
* To support onboarding (preparing draft announcements for newcomers, sending the new employees all the necessary forms before start date, to arrange Pre-employment medicals if needed
* To ensure all new employee information is completed
* Facilitating benefits Administration documentation completion (Maternity leave Claims, illness, disability…)
* To draw up appointment, service, transfers, adjustment
* Responsible for organizing events that would boost the internal communication between employees and engagement level of subregion
* To manage administrative affairs & subcontractors
* To work in cooperation with BU's P&O members and Administrative Assistants in subregion.
* To act as local key user for P&O systems in place deployed by DSM, manage issues and act as point of reference & contact for employees for use and training of systems
* Compiling the employee Master data, Employee files in P&O systems
* To ensure Organizational Management are up to date
* To ensure all employee files are up to date according to legal requirements
* To review Job descriptions in collaboration with the line manager every three years
* To save the signed Job Descriptions on the employee file
* To provide reports to external payroll partner


You will report directly to the Site Manager and will have close cooperation
with HR Partners.


You bring



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, psychology, business administration or other area related to Human Resources

  • At least ‎2 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration roles, gained preferably in multi-national organizations / manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of Human Resources disciplines;

  • Experience with relevant tools and systems (e.g. SAP, successfactors, …)

  • Sufficient knowledge of the Egyptian labor law and regulations

  • Virtual and remote collaboration experience

  • Self-motivated, team-player, ability to prioritize, result-oriented, analytical, accurate, responsible and proactive person, have a problem-solving mindset and positive working attitude.

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic
