Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
* Fluent in English language, spoken & written.
* Work Experience 5-8 years of corporate communications and media relations
* Content Strategy and Planning Skills; Story-telling skills
* Strategic communication skills with strong and good writing skills to craft Press Release, Media FAQs, CEO messages, internal and external comms Events Management
* Great planning and execution skills to deliver by set deadlines
* Team player with great interpersonal skills to interlock with various business units
* Confidence to interact and engage with Senior Leaders
Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute corporate communication plans to effectively communicate the company's purpose, values, growth and operational model, and client and employee value proposition.
* Create style guides and brand voice outlines for all public relations, marketing, advertising, and other vital departments
* Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises
* Draft press releases and speeches following organizational news
* Communicate with media outlets and journalists and create press kits
* Develop materials to educate staff on communication practices
* Coach and assist team members in improving communication skill
* Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies
* Support to coordinate critical enterprise communications to assure information is released on time to all stakeholders.
* Ensure present required sustainability and corporate reputation.
* Support the Group MD in collaborating with business leaders to streamline, coordinate and improve communication with all employees.
* Oversee all communications associates.
