Desired experience and technical skills
‎5 – ‎10 years’ experience in consulting / real estate preferred

Relevant Bachelor's / Master’s degree in finance / economics / business
preferred

Report-writing skills / communication skills / presentation skills

Team management / client management and project management

Ability to lead and review market research studies / feasibility studies /
highest and best use studies / development strategies / financial modelling /
financial analysis among others

Solid understanding of real estate and the development cycle

Excellent in reading and writing French / English and Arabic

Knowledge of and previous experience in the real estate market

Reliability / assuming responsibility / taking initiative

Cooperation and teamwork

Respect and commitment to JLL’s Code of Business Ethics

Dynamism and drive for results

Organization and efficient time management

Commercial acumen in terms of the drive to grow the business through repeat
business and approaching new clients.
