Job Main Scope:
Implement sales plans to boost customer reach & penetration in food service
dedicated channels along with execution of free trade agenda via distributors
sales force
Job Roles & Responsibilities
* Customer Development Consultant:
* Deploy sales activity plans with key operators with the use of the company available sales tools
* Lead the negotiations with potential operators within company's policies & budget and monitor their performance & compliance to take corrective action where appropriate.
* Unlock annual agreements with potential customers for the company strategic categories
* Ensure appropriate/ frequent contact with key stake holders in each customer are being carried out as per the contact matrix
* Conduct frequent kitchen demonstrations to key operators to generate incremental business Free Trade Expansion
* Agree on a joint business plan with assigned distributors that delivers the company strategic objectives
* Set clear performance expectations for distributor sales force to achieve growth of strategic categories in line with profit guidelines
* Execute free trade plans to increase reach & penetration within designated distributors.
Key Competencies & Skills:
* University graduate (Business Major is a plus)
* Minimum ‎2 years' experience in FMCG
* Strong negotiation & presentation and communication skills
* Ability to develop win-win solutions
* Good command of English
* Strong Stakeholder management
