Position Summary
1. Maximize sell-outs by working with the dealers on store level.
2. Strengthen profit-based upselling of premium products by optimizing
SKU(Stock Keeping Unit) for each store.
3. Minimize faulty products and obsolete inventory through store's inventory
management.
Role and Responsibilities
Retail Channel Strategy:
* Develop the Retail Channel Strategy, Manage the efficient execution of each milestone, and ensure the on-ground implementation on each account level.
* Plan and develop regional marketing & operational tactics to improve the channel performance.
* Manage delivering the Channel's strategic promotional calendar across the fiscal year.
* Approach and acquire potential, strategic partners to lead the Channel's yearly Geo-Expansion Plans.
Channel Operational Management:
* End to End Management of the Channel different Partners & Field Force Agency assigned Team.
* Handle the resolution of all Partners' / Customers' issues to ensure the smooth business flow.
* Regular Market Visits (Inside & Outside Cairo) to ensure the operational excellence of the stores' businesses.
* Check the competitors' movements and activities, to plan for corrective/preventive action plans.
* Manage Retail Channel's Partners' Yearly contracts.
Reporting & Analysis:
* Setting the Monthly IR/OR Accounts Target.
* Manage the SMSs Channel Profit & Loss Quarterly Exercise, and develop a regular, comprehensive performance analysis, to direct the Trade Decision Support.
* Communicate with the regional team the SMSs performance reports (Profitability & Active stores).
* SMSs Staff contests development, monitoring and closing reports.
Shop Merchandizing:
* Manage the in-store products display and placement, according to Samsung story telling guidelines.
* Verify and maintain Samsung Retail Standards and Guidelines inside Samsung Shops (SOM).
* Manage Brand shop staff to well represent the company and to deliver optimum level of service.
Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 6 ~ 9 years of experience in Retail Electronics industry.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
* Strategic planning, analytics, propositions development are mandatory.
* Result-oriented, Strong communication, negotiation, and business agility skills.
