Responsible for growing the E-shop customer base.
§ Build marketing plan for customer acquisition and retention
§ Traffic forecast and detailed monthly projections for DSL/RED/Terminals
§ Monitor daily performance of different channels CVM, Media and APP
§ Managing performance steering actions
§ Responsible for the merchandising across e-shop and APP
§ Conduct post mortem analysis
§ Leverage on data to bring valuable insights and convictions and make data
driven recommendations
§ Work closely with Media and CVM to increase base penetration and customer
conversions
§ Work closely with commercial planner to come up with campaigns and
propositions to achieve monthly targets
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
§ Good knowledge of performance marketing and consumer base management
§ Growth hacking mindset to help with customer acquisition
§ Strong analytical skills.
§ Excellent planning skills (including project-based management skill set,
along with experience of managing multiple and varied activities within a
dynamic environment)
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
§ University degree, preferably in the field of business, digital marketing,
CVM
§ Solid numerical and logical skills.
§ Minimum 2 years' experience in Digital marketing
