What will I be doing?
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
* Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
* Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts.
* Coach and train sales team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and effective sales strategies.
* Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and market dynamics to drive sales growth.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data and metrics.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive sales initiatives.
* Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
* Flexibility to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment
