Performs a variety of administrative and/or secretarial support activities
such as composing replies to correspondence on own initiative, interpreting
and explaining established policy and procedure in response to inquiries from
a variety of sources.
 Corresponds with University and department staff answering queries and
providing assistance.
 Prepares or directs preparation of minutes, notices, manuals, agendas,
decrees and correspondence with all supporting documentation, requiring
application of a specialized knowledge of the assigned function.
 Researches, summarizes and analyses information; compiles data to prepare
special and recurring reports containing specialized information; selects
relevant information from a variety of sources.
 Reviewing MOUs/Agreements, and corrects grammar, spelling and punctuation
errors; edits wording without changing intended message.
 Transfer the agreements between departments in accordance with the workflow.
Work on Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation approvals,
administrative approvals and other needed approvals
 Continuous follow-up of signed partnerships.
 Constant updating of the partnership section's database.
 Communicate with national and international partners.
 Organizing signing ceremonies, workshops and conferences.
 Manage and route phone calls appropriately.
 Organizing external and internal visits.
 Schedule in-house and external meetings.
 Maintain physical and digital records (MOUs/Agreements).
 Update the section policies as needed.
 Assigns work to office staff and monitors its production.
Work additional hours when required.

 Bachelor Degree
