استلام المعاملة بعد الترسية والبدء بتنفيذ إجراءات التعاقد وفقاً للسياسات
والإجراءات المتبعة
دراسة معاملة الشراء قبل البدء بإبرام العقد ومراجعتها والتأكد من استيفائها
الشروط المطلوبة
التواصل مع الجهات المختصة في الجامعة أو المورد في حال وجود اي استفسار يخص
المعاملة
ارسال مسودة العقد للمدقق للتدقيق على المعاملة
استلام الكفالة النهائية الخاصة بالعقد من الشركة
إبرام العقد واستكمال توقيعه من الطرفين
متابعة اعتماد أمر الشراء الخاص بالعقد بنظام البانر
إرسال النسخ الأصلية للعقد لكل من (الشركة، المالية) ونسخة للجهة المختصة/
الطالبة ونسخة لملف المعاملة
حفظ وتحديث قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بالعقود
القيام بأي أعمال أخرى ذات علاقة بطبيعة العمل عند التكليف
