  • Scope of the Job


Drive the packaging process. Following all applicable Safety, Quality and
Production standards. Keeping the department clean organized and well
maintained.


Job Responsibilities


Functional Responsibilities:



  • Ensuring safety in all areas and activities.

  • Ensure all quality standards are met.

  • Execution of the production plan.

  • Ensure hygiene and autonomous maintenance on the equipment and the work area.

  • Ensure continuous process improvements by using the TPM methodology and having an active role in shift handover, executes the tagging process, CILT and applies problem-solving tools. Participates in the improvement teams as member.

  • Operates the simple packaging machines (e.g. palletizer, de-palletizer, packer, unpacker, crate washer, wrapper, and carton/shrink packer).

Qualifications:


Education, Certifications and Licenses:
* Intermediate level of education


Knowledge and Experience:
* Computer literacy


Skills and Abilities:
* Willingness to work rotating shifts on continuous, seven-day cycle
* Ability to work under stressful conditions


Personal Qualities:
* Hard worker
* Good initiative
* High level of ethics
