The primary responsibility will be to manage the flow of Isolation Valves
Enquiries for kind of Business (KOB 2/3) in Saudi Arabia except major EPCs.
Main focus to prepare commercial offers for KOB3 ISV solutions local accounts.
Need to work to ensure consistent production output and on time response
against customers dead line.
The candidate will liaise with the Inside Sales Team leader to complete the
offering preparation for the numbers of RFQ by meeting the customer dead line.
He / She will communicate with the manufacturing plant team to obtain
necessary technical and commercial information that will help to prepare the
offer.
He / She will then follow up with the different stake holder to ensure on time
response and meeting client expectation.
Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the
following:
Candidate will filter the numbers of RFQ's assigned to him by the inside Sales
team Leader
He / She will discuss with Sales Account Leaders to prioritize tasks
Coordinate with Manufacturing facilities to obtain information to help him /
her for the offer preparation.
Liaise with Inside Sales team leader to understand commercial structure of
offering
Coordinate with Key Account Sales to address clients Technical requirement and
complete missing information.
