THE POSITION
We are looking for an intern ,who is a team player, who embraces diversity,
has an IT background but most importantly has a desire to learn.
This will is a 1 year internship programme based in Dubai.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Assist with day to day administration tasks
* Capture and consolidation of agile workshop, value stories and voice of the customer
* Consolidation of stakeholder engagement meeting inputs with high level insights and priorities identified
* Creation of Mural templates e.g. Liberating Structures/Design Thinking etc.
* Back-up resource for LOS on time completion monitoring
* Assist key stakeholder presentations
* Co-facilitation/Facilitation of agile workshops/training
* Assist with planning and administrative activities related to agile workshops, Technology & Innovation Summit, travel plans for IMETA IT Team etc. as well as follow-up and escalation activities
* Back-up resource to follow up on demand management related activities
* Assist with project management related activities
* Assist with research activities into new technology and trends
* Assist with planning and co-ordination of IMETA IT townhalls, information sessions, etc.
* Assist with digital innovation projects
Requirements
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT
* Fresh Graduate or maximum 2 years of professional work experience.
* Experience with organising and coordinating activities.
* Fluency in English, spoken and written.
* Experience with project facilitation
