We have an exciting opportunity in the Saudi Arabia & Bahrain Finance
organization to hire Financial Analyst to be based Dhahran Techno Valley,
Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Job Description*
The Accountant role supports the business at Emerson's Automation Solutions
platform. The role has a broad scope to include Accounts Payable, treasury,
process enhancements, as well as driving various finance initiatives that
spread across functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
* Ensure supplier invoices received and other payments such as GOSI, government fees are processed on time. This involves receiving, coding, uploading invoices on data serve and filing for local audit purpose. Ensuring the invoices are in compliance with E-invoicing regulations and answering all queries from suppliers is part of this task.
* Maintain banking relationship with local banks, be the first point of contact and ensure any issues/tasks to be sorted with bank are followed up and resolved timely.
* Ensure logged invoices and good receipt not invoiced reports are worked upon regularly and all aged items are cleared.
* Ensure monthly cash count and reporting is done for all Emerson entities in western region.
* Cash flow forecasting and ensuring excess cash is transferred to Head Office in timely manner.
* Work closely with shared service center in Manilla to ensure bank reconciliation items are cleared on time.
* Closely work with suppliers to ensure AP balances are reconciled with vendor records, ensure any debit balances are timely resolved with vendors.
* Prepare and submit online payments (Code, Scan and send to Manila for posting and save information in the tracking file).
* Support on ZATCA tax inspection audits to response on tax audit queries within prescribed tight timeframe.
* Maintain the latest record of legal and bank documents e.g. CR, Licenses, tax certificates, POAs, bank signatories list, bank authorizer list for all legal entities and branches; be the main point of contact for bank's KYC, treasury and compliance queries.
* Support Business Units with LCs and Bank Guarantees management and coordination with local banks.
* Follow up with CFS team to ensure any unapplied cash in bank reconciliations are timely cleared.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or
university.
• ‎2-‎3 years of relevant experience.
• Process oriented and strong data management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a global environment.
• Works well with ambiguity and in matrix environment.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of data downloads, complex
formulas and pivot tables
