As a TRS Service Delivery Manager, you will lead a team providing maintenance
services to our customers field locations. Partnering with cross-functional
teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations. You 'll mentor
your team in their own career development and growth to ensure high-
performance and collaboration.

As a Tubular Running Services Service Delivery Manager, you will be
responsible for:

Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and
our cultural pillars.
* Collaborating with businesses as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).
* Ensuring execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and by developing Quality plans in line with our job cycle process.
* Confirming that the team understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed.
* Overseeing the budget and P&L for the area of responsibility.
* Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans.
* Following HSE policies to ensure safety and compliance.

Have a bachelor 's degree or demonstrate equivalent, professional work
experience
* Experience or in-depth knowledge of oilfield
* Have a great oral and written communication skills
* Have a dynamic interpersonal and leadership skills
* Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems
* Have effective organizational and analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal and communicational ability
