We are currently recruiting for a Field Specialist II - Services to join the
team in Saudi. This is an excellent position for someone who loves travelling
and visiting customers (‎80% visit - ‎20% office). Benefits include -

Job Description
General Responsibilities
* Responsible for installation and commissioning of Pall products & Systems as well as servicing and testing systems hardware including mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.
* Issuing service reports and/or commissioning reports. May be required to support on generating test procedures and giving to risk assessments.
* Detailing system modifications and conveying modification details back to the engineering team
* Training customer personnel in the accurate operation of all Products & systems, must be able to train customers on both operation & process sides.
* Assignments will involve travel to specified sites (both domestic and international) to perform service activities. Travel may take place on evenings or weekends as required to meet the customer's needs
* Maintaining a positive relationship with customers. While performing service, you must make sound technical decisions to meet customer requirements.
* Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of Service Reports, Time Tracking, Work tickets, site Visit Reports, Expense Reports and other business-related documents.
* Responsible for performing all services in compliance with site and industrial safety practices.
* Identifying business opportunities during site visits and logging them on the ERP system
Rental Projects
* Prepare all field activities related documents such as work protocols, IOM's and JSA's / HAZOP's.
* Attend initial site visit, prepare technical definition of the service scope, technical review of the commercial proposition, attendance of the kick-off meeting, supervision or execution of the equipment mobilization, field activities and demobilization and production of the daily and final service reports.
* Evaluate the best technology / Pall product fit and sizing for rentals, recommend analysis types and frequency, follow-up the job progress and review / finalize the final job report.
* Generate and update project progress trackers, OFMEAs, Controls project budget spending, troubleshoot operational issues using DBS tools etc.
* Train Customers', Pall or Pall Distributor engineers' in accurate use and maintenance procedures for Pall rental assets.
Qualifications/Experience
* ‎2 - ‎3 years experience within a field position
* Engineering degree or similar
* Fluent in English
* Experience in service, vendors (selling equipment) or manufacturers of chemicals
* Confident in Microsoft Office
* Confidence in speaking to different people within companies
