Basic Function
To provide adequate recruitment and staffing support to JHAH core functions in
compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Principal Duties
Dealing with queries from candidates and employees, line managers, and
recruitment partners in a professional and timely manner.
Arranging interviews, booking interview rooms and sending out confirmations.
Administering assessment tests, when required.
Administering the recruitment with all administration connected with
organizing and running candidate assessment days.
Ensure candidate has eligibility to work in KSA. Collect all required
documents for BI & Medical from the candidate and send it to the concerned
department.
Arrange Orientation schedule for new hires.
Ensure that the Career Events List is up to date. Coordinate Career Events.
Recording relocation expenses, interview expenses and invoices on the relevant
database.
Tracking the renewal and completion of fixed term contracts.
Posting job adverts on the external websites, and update the internal
recruitment pages.
Search CV through database and social media channels and provide the concerned
departments based on their requirements.
Completion and circulation of the weekly vacancy and candidate tracking sheet.
Actively source new channels or opportunities to market.
Update and improve pages where possible, including imbedding
photos/information.
Ensuring the NEO procedure is implemented when necessary.
Source candidates through recruitment agencies, career fairs, on-campus
recruiting, internet posting, employee referrals and other sources to ensure
the availability of a qualified talent pool.
Assisting to identify manpower requirements and conduct manpower studies for
different organizations based on JHAH’s manpower plan.
Maintain and update the sourcing database and ensure easy retrieval of any
needed candidate information.
Sorting candidates and matching qualifications as per the requirements and
specifications in job descriptions.
Conduct initial pre-screening and short listing candidates and coordinate
interviews and any other required testing.
Negotiate offers and coordinate with other departments as per the guidance of
the staffing specialist.
Coordinate between candidates and organization regarding interview scheduling,
offers and candidate feedback.
Develop various recruitment materials such as advertisement, job posting and
testing tools.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Head.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or any related field
from a recognized university.
Experience
Up to 5 years of related experience in a recruiting role
Certifications/Other requirements as applicable
Recognized HR Certification is preferred
Excellent command in English is required (spoken and written)
Expert and technical literacy in MSOffice Application
