Materials Handler

Materials Handler is responsible to execute the day-to-day Materials plan to
production by making sure feeding the assembly line with the necessary
materials or BOM and work as team member in execution of customer orders.
Responsible of receiving shipment and shipping the orders to the customer
physically and in the system by coordinating with Emerson logistic team,
customer logistic team and clearance agency.
Responsible of Warehouse management and inventory management physically and in
oracle.
Responsible of the annual inventory stock count.
Working with logistic team to make to maintain the document record.
Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the
following:

* Extracting the BOM from oracle and to coordinate with warehouse to have the needed materials on time to production.
* Organizing the materials at the factory as per the layout to serve production in a safe and lean way.
* Receiving all shipment physically and in the system and coordinating with finance and the logistic analyst to close all requirement to close it in oracle.
* Cooperate with production team to achieve daily production plan.
* Conducting the quarterly, yearly stock count.
* Coordinating with the drivers to ship orders or receiving raw materials to the factory.
* Maintains excellent housekeeping standards - clean work place.
* Responsible for personal safety and those around him/her by abiding and adhere to all Safety rules and regulations.
Responsible for maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment related to
material handling.

What do I need to be considered for this role?

* Diploma degree in manufacturing or supply chain.
* Three years' experience in materials and warehouse management.
* Electrical & lighting hazardous product logistics/compliance experience.
* ERP system experience.
* Compliance regulations and HS codes well understanding.
* Supply chain/Logistics management professional certificate.
