The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker
Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their
traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is ‎6-‎12
months. It will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and
provide on the job learning and exposure.
As Early Career Trainee, you will be involved in:
* Create (RFQ, RFI, RFP) and organizes competitive biddings from various suppliers to obtain the best quality, delivery, and price for goods and services.
* Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take ‎1-‎3 month to complete, and results are seen immediately or within ‎1-‎2 months.
* Assesses supplier performance.
* Coordinating with vendors for actual delivery status of material.
* On time completion of Open PO Report.
* To execute core procurement processes efficiently and accurately for assigned products.
* Coordinate with Internal Business Partner (requestor) and supplier for purchase order changes.
* Sourcing and Developing suppliers for new projects and managing supplier's database.
* Focus in increasing and delivering Procurement targets quarterly to achieve end year result.
* Perform any task related to Sourcing / Procurement assigned by the manager.

T o be successful in this traineeship you will:
* Have graduated with a bachelor 's degree in Supply Chain, from an accredited university.
* Graduated from your bachelors' degree within the last ‎12 months.
* Have achieved a cumulative GPA of ‎3.0 out of ‎4.0 (or equivalent)
* Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills.
* Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge.
* Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.
